What if I Have Already Been Declined for Life Insurance?

If you have already been declined 1, 2, 3 times or more; no problem! Previous declines are accepted without questions. If your health conditions improve, we will be happy to help you find a different or additional life insurance policy in the future.

What if I don’t have a Social Security number and need life insurance?

Protection Plus does not require a Social Security number on the application. Those people without a social security number will be approved for this policy.

Individuals can elect the membership option to fit their needs and budget. The program options available include $10,000 to $50,000 of 5-year Renewable and Convertible Modified Term Life. Affordable monthly costs are age banded with modified death benefits in years one and two.

Coverage is renewable to age 80 and includes many complimentary non-insured benefits and services. Term coverages are issued and insured by LifeShield National Insurance Company.

How Does the Death Benefit Payout?

The full death benefit is paid out from day 1 if death is from an accident.

Because there are no health questions and everyone is approved, the death benefit is reduced in year 1 and 2, if death is not accidental.

Where is Protection Plus Life Insurance Available?

Protection Plus Pricing is based on your current age (see chart below).

Locate your age in the left column of the chart above and amount of coverage across the top:

• Protection Plus 10 = $10,000 Death Benefit
• Protection Plus 20 = $20,000 Death Benefit
• Protection Plus 30 = $30,000 Death Benefit
• Protection Plus 40 = $40,000 Death Benefit
• Protection Plus 50 = $50,000 Death Benefit

Your rate stays level for 5 years. At renewal, you will pay the rate based on your renewal age in the chart above. If you are in the same rate band when you renew, your rate will remain the same for an additional 5 year term.

Payment Type and Draft Date

Premiums are paid with a major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover). Debit cards will work if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

There is a one-time $25 application fee added to your first premium.

Your first premium and $25 application fee are charged on your enrollment date. Future premiums are charged on the 5th or 20th of the month based on the following table:

Wellness Association of America

This life insurance policy is offered through your membership with the Wellness Association of America (WAOA). There is no additional fee for the WAOA membership. The premiums listed in the table above cover both your membership and your life insurance.

What if I need more coverage?

If you need more than $50,000 of coverage, we do have other guaranteed issue whole life insurance options. However, you have to be at least 40 years old for one policy and at least 50 years old for 2 other options.

You can learn more about guaranteed issue whole life insurance options here. There are no problems combining multiple policies to get a higher total death benefit.

In addition, you can get accidental death insurance. This will work if you are 18 years and older. Just like this Protection Plus policy, accidental death insurance does not have any health questions and you will be approved.
